When I say... "I'm a Christian" I'm not bragging of success. I'm admitting I have failed aContinue

Transforming the World & Society: Creating Communities Where ALL Children Are Valued & Provided With Enhanced and Enriching Opportunities to Thrive!

Hello-Thank you for visiting our TTTC Ning Profile !!!

My name is Marilyn Magallanes, I am the founder of Teach Them to Care ( TTTC ), and I want to personally welcome you to our Ning profile page. I trust you will enjoy learning about us...

I look forward to getting to know more about you as well and to communicating with you. Should you have any questions about TTTC or want to help TTTC please do not hesitate to contact me.

Our Positions at TTTC:

1.) That Generational Poverty is Not a Choice.

2.) Every child, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, orientation, nationality, disability, or capability should have someone who TRULY CARES.

3.) TTTC stands firmly on the belief that everyone deserves an equal chance to participate more fully in life. Teach Them to CARE seeks to work with donors, public and private partners to reduce inequities by expanding enhanced and enriching opportunities for those with great and or special needs.

4.) The often-used saying that "Charity begins at home" holds great truth. However, if we want better communities for our children to grow up in, then we must, as a community and a society teach our children also to care about community issues and involvement.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Teach Them to Care is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization founded for the purpose of serving the underprivileged and enhancing opportunities available to low income families and children who have access to significantly fewer advantages in life due to economic barriers as well as those individuals that experience hardship due to a disability.

Teach Them To Care "officially" incorporated on January 01, 2007. TTTC is classified as a Public Charity by the Internal Revenue Service and has been awarded exemption status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions to Teach Them To Care are deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code.

Contributions to TTTC will be used to assist families that fall into the invisible class of the "working" poor in 'Breaking the Cycle' as well as disadvantaged children, lending a hand-up and lending encouragement to their families and caregivers.
